Salon Sixteen – Cancellation Policy
At Salon Sixteen, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Deposit for New Color Clients

A deposit may be required for all new color clients at the time of your consultation.

This deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be subject to additional fees.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.
